Our Approach

Employment services should fit the person — not the other way around.

Person-Centered

Employment planning is based on individual strengths, preferences, goals, support needs, communication, accessibility, and informed choice.

Ongoing Support

Support may be more intensive when a job begins and adjusted as workplace stability develops. Support can increase again when duties, expectations, or individual needs change.

Employer Collaboration

Pragma works with employers to support successful job matches, workplace communication, reasonable accommodations, natural supports, and long-term retention.

Paid Internship Program

Building experience toward competitive employment.

When appropriate to the individual's employment goals and authorized through Alta California Regional Center, Pragma may support development of Paid Internship opportunities that provide meaningful work experience and a pathway toward competitive integrated employment.
